The Foreign Trade Special Fund of KAUTE Foundation grants study-related travelling funding to students of Aalto University, primarily to those studying in the School of Business. The priority is given to Master’s degree students.
In the spring 2014 funding is granted for tuition fees resulting from freemover student exchange during the academic year 2014-2015. With this grant KAUTE wants to urge students to make bold decisions regarding the choice of their exchange school; to encourage them to apply to top class universities or otherwise exceptional exchange destinations.
In order to be able to receive the grant, the student must have a confirmed place in a foreign university or college. In the application the student has to provide a justified estimate of the resulting tuition fees, on which the amount of money granted will depend on. The sums granted vary between 500 and 2,500 euros.
The application has to include a confirmation of acceptance to a exchange university and a study plan of the courses that the student intends to complete on exchange. All the studies completed abroad have to be approved to one’s Master’s or Bachelor’s degree. The student may be granted with the KAUTE Freemover Exchange Grant only once, and it must be applied before going on exchange. More information on can be found from https://kaute.fi-p.seravo.com/en/.
The applications are to be submitted by 18th of May, 2015 through the online grant system, https://kaute.apurahat.net/kaute/login.aspx?lcid=1033. Late applications will not be processed.
