The KAUTE Foundation’s general grant call for 2022 has ended. A total of 387 applications were received this year, which is about 20 percent more than last year. The amount of funding applied for also increased by more than one million euros to a total of 6.5 million euros.
“The number of applications is a clear indication of the strong need for research funding and, on the other hand, the foundation’s well-established position as a financier of researchers especially in early stages of their career in technical and commercial fields,” says Tuomas Olkku, the Executive Director of the foundation.
Funding decisions will be published by the first of May.

- Grant call for Tutkijat maailmalle program financing international research visits is open from 1 March to 16 April.
- Grant call for Postdocs in companies program supporting postdoc researchers employment in companies is open from 1 March to 15 April.
