This year, the joint water technology research grant call by KAUTE Foundation and Erkki Paasikivi Foundation received a total of 30 applications. Grant decisions will be announced in December.
The application period closed on Friday, September 15. The grant call received yet again a high number of applications, and the total value of the applied grants reached 604 000 euros. The number of applications was slightly lower than last year. In 2022, the grant call received 35 applications.
“There is a clear demand for water technology research grants. Even though there was a small drop in the number of applicants, the quality of the applications was once again very high. I believe the selection board will find excellent projects to be funded among all the great applications,” says Tuomas Olkku, Executive Director of the KAUTE Foundation.
Funding decisions will be published in December. Thank you to all applicants!
The next grant call will take place in autumn 2024.
