Grant period for the “Tutkijat maailmalle” international research exchange program is open from March 1 to April 16. The program is organized by KAUTE Foundation, Walter Ahlström Foundation and Foundation for Economic Education. Apply now for a grant for research in economics or technical sciences abroad!
Tutkijat maailmalle program supports ambitious technology or economics researchers to conduct research at a high-level foreign university or a research institute. The grants can be awarded for 6–12 month research periods. Due to the corona pandemic, changes can be made to the initial timetable of the exchange if, for example, the global or personal situation requires it.
The applicants:
- must be Finnish citizens or have permanent residence in Finland
- must have at least a master’s degree, but the grant may also be suitable for an early postdoc
- must do research within technical and economic fields (grants will not be awarded for medical, biotechnological or architectural research)
- can also be researchers working in companies
A total of EUR 400,000 is available each year to cover research grants abroad. The maximum amount of a grant is 50,000 euros.
